About Håkan Lavebratt

Håkan Lavebratt has more than three decades of experience in the Swedish polymer industry, primarily within the subcontractor segment, holding leading roles in production, quality, and business development. He has served as a board member of AMB since 2006 and as Chairman of the Board since 2010, and has worked as Key Account Manager since 2011. Previously, he held positions as CEO, Plant Manager, and Quality Manager in several industrial companies, particularly within the plastics and engineering sectors. Håkan combines deep operational expertise with extensive experience in corporate governance in owner-led companies.

Throughout his career, he has worked across production, quality, business responsibility, and leadership in industrial environments – with a particular focus on plastics-based and technical manufacturing in the Karlskoga region and later within the AMB Group.
