Metallising is ideally suited for specular qualities in lighting reflectors or where the plastic part must look like metal for purely aesthetic reasons. All of our metallising layers are protected with a transparent topcoat, but we can also use tinted lacquers for different effects to make a part look like e.g. chromium, silver, gold or copper.<\/p>\n

Creative lacquering provides a treasure trove of effects to revel in, from vibrant single colour lacquers to multi-coloured ABC and metallic effects to tactile lacquers and high-gloss piano lacquers. We can assist with such things as project management<\/a>, quality assurance<\/a>, validation<\/a> and measuring<\/a>. Our manufacturing processes and process stages include injection moulding<\/a>, cleanroom production<\/a>, surface treatment<\/a>, packaging<\/a>, labelling<\/a> and joining<\/a>, often with a high degree of automation.
