Our customers in the Electronics business area are primarily interested in our highly specialised metallising process for plastic parts, a process we often supplement with injection moulding, lacquering and assembly. With an aluminium layer of 3\u20135 \u00b5m, we achieve a shielding effect that has proved to be more than adequate in a great many applications.<\/p>\n

More than one project has been saved by our unique process when a part has fallen just short in an approval test despite electronics that are fundamentally very well-designed.<\/p>\n

We have a full-range in-house offer from product concept and design to volume production and logistics. We can assist with such things as project management<\/a>, quality assurance<\/a>, validation<\/a> and measuring<\/a>. Our manufacturing processes and process stages include injection moulding<\/a>, cleanroom production<\/a>, surface treatment<\/a>, packaging<\/a>, labelling<\/a> and joining<\/a>, often with a high degree of automation.
