Design and construction of plastic products and plastic components<\/h1>\n

What is design?<\/h2>\n

As a term, design includes a product\u2019s structure and appearance but can also describe the creative process that leads from the concept stage to the finished product. Taking part from the very beginning of a project enables us to create the conditions for the best design and best functionality for a proposed product. We naturally consider every aspect such as user-friendliness, eco-friendliness, technical abilities and limitations.\u00a0Our metallising and lacquering facilities together with our extensive know-how also enables us to provide multiple dimensions when it comes to a product\u2019s appearance and functionality.<\/p>\n

The first meeting is important<\/span><\/h2>\n

Usually, the process for AMB begins with a drawing.\u00a0The drawing and the conditions for technical realisation are reviewed by our engineers and the project manager. Next, we create suitable production tools such as injection moulds for plastic parts or component fixtures for parts ready for surface treatment.<\/p>\n
